REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

·       All sales at Sneh’s Boutique are final.

·       *No Refund and No Exchange Policy*

·       Return, Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once the product has been Dispatched.

EXCEPTIONS:

·       Delivery Delays/Not Delivered: If there is a delay, you may contact the courier company with the shipment details (AWB number) for detail status.

·       Wrong Item Received: Please contact our customer support at snehsboutique27@gmail.com  or call 9004680327, referencing your order ID, a replacement will be processed immediately subject to verification and evidences.

·       For Damaged Product received, no liability from Sneh’s Boutique will accompany your shipment.

RETURNS AS AN EXCHANGE ONLY FOR EXCEPTIONS:

·       We accept returns and offer exchange only for wrong items delivered, subject to verification and evidences.

·       All products where wrong items delivered must be returned with tags and original packaging, unused.

CANCELLATIONS:

·       No cancellation is accepted at Sneh’s Boutique.

·       If the product has been dispatched, refuse to accept the delivery, no refund shall be given.
