SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • We offer various shipping options. Occasionally, our inventory may be managed by a third-party supplier responsible for shipping your products.
  • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at the time of payment. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Sneh’s Boutique provides free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. Deliveries typically take 10-15 business days, depending on the area and locality. However, during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your delivery location is unserviceable, please provide an alternate address listed with our delivery partner. Sneh’s Boutique is not liable for non-delivery to unserviceable areas.
  • While we aim to ship all items in a single order, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. Each order includes an invoice. If you do not receive one, please contact our customer support at snehsboutique27@gmail.com .
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID and shipping details.
  • If you notice any damage or tampering to the packaging upon delivery, please contact our customer support at snehsboutique27@gmail.com  or call 9004680327, referencing your order ID.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

  • In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery typically takes 10-15 days, varying based on your Postal Pin Code.
  • Upon shipment, you will receive an airway bill number for tracking purposes, a no liability from Sneh's Boutique will accompany your shipment.
